Testimonials

Thank you so much for helping me with my grout problem. It was such a disaster. I didn't even know that my floor could be regrouted; I thought it was just ruined. I also appreciate your advice on how to keep it clean and nice. Thank you.

Other FAQs :

  • Q: How do I know when my surface is ready for cleaning, stripping and resealing?
  • A: You will know it's time to have your surfaces stripped, cleaned and sealed once they begin to appear dull or "matte" even after you have given them an efficient regular clean. If you notice that your surfaces are staining easily, it's a good indication that your previous sealer is wearing off and your floors will need to be resealed immediately to prevent permanent staining.
    • Q: How many of coats of sealer do you apply to my tiles?
    • A: Between 2-4 coats. Depending on many factors, including the finish desired.
      • Q: Will sealing prevent efflorescence?
      • A: Efflorescence is a problem that most porous surfaces can face. It's the tendency of the water to bring salts from the material to the surface as it evaporates. The water evaporates leaving the salts on the surface resulting in a whitish coating and ruining its finish. The only way to avoid this problem is to seal with one of our highest quality water resistant sealer's and to stop the source of the water that is penetrating the material, for example a water pipe leak or damaged grout.
